The room was spacious with a sofa bed, central heating, and a work desk, and the staff was friendly, very kind, and quick to help.

The whole room was lovely and had central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. I really enjoyed the food, it was decent. Location: the hotel was just next door to Borovets as well as the centre. The staff was all kind and great.

The venue is big in size and fairly clean, with a good value and amiable and pleasant staff. Nice view from my clean room. - A lot of goodies for breakfast. - Location so close to the forest and the center, away from the crowded streets.

my recent stay at borovets was great, but green hotel exceeded all expectations. the helpful shuttle driver, big rooms, and delicious breakfast made it a memorable experience. the location was convenient, with a shuttle to the slopes and free parking. highly recommended!

This place is just a short walk to the ski lift in the morning and in the afternoon, as well as being close to the forest, with really helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast and dinner were good with a wide selection of food. Shuttle bus service to the ski lifts was convenient. Room was warm and clean, with daily towel and garbage service. Sauna in the hotel basement was a nice perk. WiFi worked well.

I always choose this hotel because it's perfect for my needs. The staff helped me out with shopping suggestions on my first stay. With free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a ski storage, it's ideal for my business trips.
